Grilled Tilapia that SIZZLES
I came across a grilled fish recipe the other day that I just had to try. I used frozen tilapia that I had in the freezer. I made a quick egg wash batter to wet the fish, then dredged it in panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Grilling it was a snap on my stove top grill. I served the fish with a nice rice pilaf. We felt as if we’d dined at a fancy seafood restaurant. This is one recipe that I’ll definitely use again. Next time I’ll add fresh lemon. I think this would work well with other types of fish too, but the Tilapia was especially good, and relatively inexpensive.
