The Local Bar and Grille
As a child I can recall visiting the neighborhood bar and grille with my parents. I was always fascinated by the bar mirrors located all around the bar. My favorite was the mirror directly behind the bar. I would bet the mirror had to be at least six feet long and four feet high. It was ornate with sketch’s of horses at each of the corners, and then wild flowers in between. In the center of the mirror was the name of the bar and the date it was established. I didn’t particularly like to sit in the bar, but I did really enjoy looking at the mirror, and the four horses, as each one was different.
