Nike Air Span
The Nike Air Span running shoe from the Nike running shoe company is roomy shoe designed specifically for average weight runners with normal or neutral arches. There are differences between the men’s and women’s, with the women’s sporting a roomier forefoot and bevelled heel while the men’s has a semi rigid sock liner to better support the foot while running and reduce the chance of blisters by minimising friction. The shoe’s “split” heel design features a softer crash pad that disperses impact and dissipates shock from heel impact to toe off and works with a firmer medial post to slow the rate of pronation.
