The house that I live in is over 40 years old, and although the window frames were actually replaced just over 10 years ago I have recently noticed that they are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, and so I decided that the first thing I would do once the summer months came around was to replace them. I decided to use vinyl windows for the window frame replacement because I think these will be much more long-lasting than wooden frames, and now they have been done I am really glad I made this decision.

I just purchased a brand new pet bed for our German Shepherd. It is a product from the coolaroo company.  They don’t just make coolaroo pop ups!  I like it much better than the other pet beds that we have had in the past. It is much lighter, and it is definitely easier to clean. The special fabric that it is made out of helps resist mildew, and this is a huge problem when you have a big wet dog. It keeps te dog cool in the summer, and well ventilated. He really seems to like to sit on it, and that is good enough for me.

It was my birthday celebration. I had invited my cousins and a few close friends, telling them that it would be something different this year.
