Configuration And Document Standards
Our document archives are growing out of control. It’s time for us to institute some
configuration and document standards. Up until now, we’ve been using an ad hoc system, and it’s not going to cut it any more.
I think we ought to take a long hard look at Online Document Management, before we drown in the paper. It’s time to get our act together.
Of course the hardest step will be selling the configuration and document standards to management. They’re going to have to fork over the money, though – I don’t see a reasonable alternative.
