Refco History – An Important Case Study
Few stories in the stock market are as interesting as Refco’s. Refco is of course, famous for its fantastic crash during the latter half of 2005. The company had lost billions of dollars in value in that fateful event, more on which could be learned online. The story serves as a very interesting parable of just what could go wrong in the stock market, especially if the value of a company is not exactly backed up by actual performance. The whole series of shenanigans that is refco history should be looked into and understood by all those playing the stock market and by everyone else who want to be able to make a profit from it.
