Large Sauna Suit Helps- but Bring Water

I decided to invest in a large sauna suit to see if it would help my workout. You see, I run 4 miles every morning, and it takes me 30 minutes. I don’t have time to run any longer, but I want to increase the rate that I burn calories, and I would like to push my body a little bit harder. So after doing a bit of research I purchased a sauna suit and boy, what a difference. Because I run in the morning it is often cold and I don’t work up that much of a sweat and what sweat I do tends to evaporate. But with the sauna suit, the heat was trapped and I was sweating buckets. I was feeling quite thirsty when I got back so now I know to take extra water with me.
