Excellent Customer Service
We have really close friends that have always wanted to see the local football team play. Unfortunately, every time we have time off, they always play out of the area. So, we decided to look into elland road hotels to see what what was available in the area when we were available. We found a great one with good reviews, so we decided to book it for the 8 of us, getting 2 rooms so our families could bunk in one room each. When we got to our destination the clerk was very helpful and once we got to our rooms we noticed that there weren’t any sheets on our bed. So, we called customer service and they were up to our room immediately and offered us a complimentary meal as a thank you. That was very nice of them.
