Super vertical jump
To get a higher vertical jump all you need to do is jump. The problem is that people don’t try and dunk because they think they cant. Why not just jump for the net , keep trying that eventually you will be able to touch the net easily , next go for the rim and keep moving up in no time you will reach your goals and have a high jump vertical
If you want to increase your jump vertical then you need to focus on moves like squat jumps and box jumps. These kind of plyometrics truly develop explosive power in your leg. The more power you develop the higher you are going to jump and the more your vertical jump will increase.
